Record keeping is an important means of supporting the overall learning process. It creates a trail of information that could be called upon both internally and externally. The information ingrained within it can help measure performance and may be utilized as a meaningful mechanism to see if a particular program is working.

Below are Antecedent Behavior Consequence chart that I created for students in need of additional support. This data will be able to help stake holders to provide support and parental outreach for the students.
Additionally, is a chart that I created to ensure proper grading for ELL's with their level and grade.
