4C Communicating with Families
Maintain consistent and meaningful communication with families.
The focus here is also on how I contribute to the school’s professional culture. Emphasizing the importance of collaboration, sharing expertise, and supporting colleagues.
Primary indicators of professionalism constitute: responsibility, respect, and risk taking. I am committed to these values, and these behaviors help me reveal greater professionalism. Below are examples of how I show levels of professionalism.

The artifacts below display a commitment to professionalism within, as well as outside of the four walls of the school. Participation with created professional communities and a community food drive spearheaded by my professional organization, amongst other artifacts. They serve to demonstrate my committed professionalism above and beyond standard expectation.
I took initiative to lead in supporting a new 4th grade colleague who joined us in middle of the school year.

I take the initiative to assist colleagues with tasks that they may need help navigating. Especially technologically and communication with our parents.
With collaboration and support from school admin, colleagues, and students, I was able to produce the video presentation for March 2026 BOE meeting.
Professional development is a key to the district mission. Thus I have been on track with following my PDP plan and connecting my PD to the plan.
Additionally, I have 9 1/2 days taken this school year, which leaves me at 95% attendance rate. (HIGHER than NJ State avg.)
